As the world’s largest tension‑leg floating wind unit in unit capacity, operating depth and offshore distance, it can withstand Category‑17 super typhoons with a 25‑year design lifespanChina. Its rotor swept area equals 7.5 standard football fields, generating 54 million kWh of green electricity annually and cutting carbon emissions by 35,000 tons.
Compared with conventional solutions, the tension‑leg design features lower steel consumption and higher stability, offering a new technical route for large‑scale deep‑sea wind exploitation.
